You’ll train and support your team, promote a safe inclusive culture, assist with recruitment, onboarding, rostering and payroll, and help deliver memorable guest experiences from check in to check out. The ideal candidate has proven hotel or resort leadership, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, stays calm under pressure, and is flexible to a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays.
