Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort, a full‑time onsite role in Queenstown. You will lead the front office team to deliver warm, professional guest experiences, oversee daily tasks, manage guest arrivals and departures, and proactively resolve issues while upholding service standards across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services. The ideal candidate has hotel front office leadership experience, solid cash handling and night audit knowledge, and outstanding organization and time management, with the ability to stay poised under pressure and follow safety protocols.
