TRG is looking for a part-time Duty Manager at an airport restaurant in Birmingham with 3 AM starts, combining hands-on leadership with high-volume service to leave every guest smiling. What we’re looking for in our Duty Manager…  

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants. 
• Hands on experience of hospitality management. 
• Confident communicator, continually refining leadership skills.  
• Awesome at organising and multitasking. 
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
