We are looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team. The Duty Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that staff adheres to company policies and standards. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met.
Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
