What can you expect?
You'll join the FINPRO (Financial and Professional Lines) MENA team in Dubai's DIFC - the beating heart of Middle Eastern financial services. Over the next 12 months, you'll:
Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products including Directors and Officers (D&O), Cyber, Professional Indemnity (PI), Crime, and Surety insurance
Understand how broking and placement work in real market conditions
Build meaningful relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region
Work alongside experienced industry professionals who are invested in your development

We will count on you to:
Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables
Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports
Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement
Support broking and placement activities as you develop your market knowledge
Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers
Contribute to market research and analysis that informs our strategy
Participate actively in training and development programs
What do we look for?
UAE National (with family book)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional background)
A solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles
Strong communication skills in English - you'll be representing us to clients
A results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
