Join our award-winning team at Goodstart Elara – Harvest Street, a purpose-built early learning centre featuring eight spacious learning spaces, dedicated nursery sleep rooms, and a modern, naturally inspired environment. Conveniently located next to the local shopping centre, the centre also offers onsite parking and strong connections with the local community.

A standout feature of the centre is its nature-based outdoor environment, with direct access from every learning space to sensory gardens, a mud kitchen, vegetable gardens, sandpits, and more. Educators deliver play-based learning programs tailored to each child’s interests and development, supported by an onsite kitchen that encourages children’s engagement in mealtimes and cooking experiences.

You’ll need:

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
