Busy Bees Whitby in New Zealand is recruiting a full-time ECE or Primary teacher to join a warm centre where experienced educators collaborate to build meaningful relationships and learning. Supported by a leadership team and a Centre Manager of five years, you’ll plan with Te Whāriki, capture high-quality assessments, foster belonging, and maintain a safe space where wellbeing comes first. You’ll sit within a network with systems, and enjoy pay parity, subsidised childcare, leadership support, development opportunities, and First Aid certification. About You | Mōu
A recognised New Zealand ECE or Primary teaching qualification with current NZ registration.
Warm communication style and the ability to build strong relationships.
Proactive spirit and the integrity to act in ways that are fair and ethical.
Passion for the NZ national curriculum and a drive to share fresh, creative ideas.
Confidence using digital tools to document learning and stay connected with families.
