Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Digital Experience & TWL Trade, your role encompasses driving online commercial planning, forecasting, performance visibility and insight-led optimisation across TWG’s online businesses. 

On the daily you will be combining commercial rigour, customer and digital intelligence, predictive modelling, AI-enabled insights and performance analysis to support sales, profit, fulfilment and customer outcome decisions.  This will see you translating complex data into clear commercial insights, trade-off decisions and prioritised actions across key value drivers, including traffic, conversion, average order value, margin, fulfilment cost and available-to-sell performance. 

The role builds and maintains online budgeting, phasing, forecasting and scenario models across TWG brands, ensuring senior stakeholders have a clear view of risks, opportunities, assumptions and performance drivers.  Stakeholder management underlines the role as you will be working across Finance, Merchandise, Fulfilment, Marketing, Trade, Analytics, Digital Product and the wider Omni Experience team, to create alignment on online performance assumptions, demand forecasts, capacity planning, commercial priorities and optimisation opportunities. 

Qualifications

About you 

  • 6+ years’ experience in eCommerce, finance, commercial planning, digital analytics, business intelligence, trading performance or a related commercial environment. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail or online business performance drivers. 
  • Strong analytical and modelling capability, including advanced Excel, BI tools or equivalent  
  • Experience building forecasts, phasing models, scenario models, dashboards  
  • Ability to translate complex performance information into clear commercial implications, trade-offs and recommendations for senior stakeholders. 
  • Confident communication and influencing skills 
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and/or GA4 would be a bonus
