About the job
As EDI & Wellbeing Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, healthy and high-performing workplace that enables our people to thrive. You'll lead the development and delivery of UKAEA's Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and wellbeing strategies, ensuring they are embedded across the organisation and aligned with our People and Culture priorities.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide expert advice, influence organisational decision-making and use data and insight to drive continuous improvement. Leading a specialist team, you'll ensure our approach to EDI and wellbeing remains compliant, evidence-based and supports UKAEA's long-term ambitions.
