The Y NSW is seeking a full-time Educational Leader for Wamberal OSHC to drive program quality, mentor educators and deliver enriching Before, After and Vacation Care. This leadership role blends curriculum development aligned to My Time, Our Place with continuous improvement and professional practice. You’ll work with the leadership team to raise outcomes, champion quality and build capable teams. Ideal candidates bring Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services, 4 years as an experienced educator, and proven ability to influence practice.
