Goodstart Numurkah is seeking a full‑time Educator to join the 60‑place Goodstart Numurkah Centre, working with Senior Educators and an Educational Leader to craft high quality learning programs. This permanent role offers pay of $33.83 to $38.10 per hour depending on experience and qualification, plus at least 5% above award, 50% discount on childcare gap fees and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave, Fitness Passport benefits, paid PD, wellbeing days, and other staff perks. You’ll need a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA‑equivalent), strong EYLF/NQS knowledge, and a VIC Working with Children Check. You’ll need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
