Goodstart Mentone is seeking a full time Educator to join our 104‑place centre at 205-207 Nepean Highway, Mentone, VIC. You’ll work with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft engaging learning programs that prioritise safety, inclusivity and every child feeling valued. The role offers 33.83 to 38.10 per hour (experience and qualifications dependent) with at least 5% above award, plus a 50% discount on childcare gap fees, paid parental leave, professional development (PD), wellbeing days and more. You’ll need a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent), solid EYLF and NQS knowledge, and a VIC Working with Children Check. You’ll need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
