The role centers on designing engaging activities, building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues, collaborating with a passionate team, and creating safe, inclusive environments while pursuing ongoing professional development. What matters most: relevant early childhood qualifications or equivalent experience, a genuine love for young children, excellent communication, creativity, understanding of child development principles and learning frameworks, current first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain), and a commitment to high standards and safeguarding.
