Goodstart Orange – Kite St is looking for a full-time Educator (38 hours per week) to join our 68-place centre in central Orange. You’ll earn up to $38.10 per hour plus super, with at least 5% above award, 50% discount off childcare gap fees, and up to six weeks paid parental leave, plus PD support, a Fitness Passport, wellbeing days, and more. Working with Senior Educators and an Educational Leader, you’ll help design and deliver high quality programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, with a strong focus on safety and inclusion. You’ll need:

• Diploma or CIII in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
