Join The Y NSW in Burwood as a permanent part-time OSHC Educator, delivering before and after school care across 40 NSW schools with Vacation Care during holidays. You’ll partner with the service coordinator to design inclusive, engaging activities for primary students, support families, and uphold safe, reflective practice aligned with the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place V2. This role runs Monday to Friday, 2:30 to 5:30 pm, with potential mornings, and offers above award rates. To apply, show relevant OSHC or childcare experience, safeguarding commitment, and you hold First Aid HLTAID012, CPR, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check; Cert III ECEC (with Diploma underway) and CHCPRT025 desirable.

Our Out-of-School-Hours Educators are the sharp minds and friendly faces inspiring and influencing the next generation of young people. Acting as both teacher and role-model to young students from over 50 NSW Schools, they provide engaging, exciting and interactive activities through our Before School, After School and Vacation Care services. As a member of our OSHC family, you'll be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of developing young minds, while supporting our OSHC Coordinators to ensure our services stay the very best they can be. You'll work closely with the children and their families, sharing your wisdom, support and passions with them to help them grow.

We are looking for a customer service driven educator to join the team across NSW , hours will consist of 6:20AM - 8:50AM and 2:30PM - 5:30PM, Monday to Friday, and will also involve Vacation Care program during school holidays.
