Our Children’s Services Team are passionate educators and leaders who create safe, engaging environments for young minds to learn, grow, and thrive. Across 47 NSW schools, our OSHC Educators and Coordinators deliver enriching before and after school care, packed with creativity, play, and learning. 



Part-Time OSHC Educator – Newbridge Heights (Moorebank)

Our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Educators are more than supervisors – they’re mentors, role models and creativity champions. You’ll help spark curiosity, build confidence and support young people as they grow, learn and thrive beyond the classroom.

This isn’t your average 9–5. It’s a flexible, rewarding role where your enthusiasm, ideas and passion for children shine every day.

About the Role

As an OSHC Educator, you will:

  • Deliver fun, inclusive and engaging activities for primary school-age children
  • Help plan and contribute to an exciting program calendar
  • Support the safety, wellbeing and development of young minds
  • Work alongside our OSHC Coordinators as part of a 200+ strong educator network across NSW
  • Access clear development pathways to grow your skills and career with the Y

What You’ll Need

  • Experience supervising and engaging with children
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding practices
  • Availability for Before School, After School and Vacation Care
  • HLTAID012 First Aid & CPR (Education & Care setting)
  • A current Working With Children Check
  • Police Check (paid for by the Y)
