Part-time OSHC Educator at Newbridge Heights in Moorebank, you’ll join a mission driven team delivering safe, engaging before and after school care for primary school students across NSW. Our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Educators are more than supervisors – they’re mentors, role models and creativity champions. You’ll help spark curiosity, build confidence and support young people as they grow, learn and thrive beyond the classroom.

This isn’t your average 9–5. It’s a flexible, rewarding role where your enthusiasm, ideas and passion for children shine every day.

About the Role

As an OSHC Educator, you will:

• Deliver fun, inclusive and engaging activities for primary school-age children
• Help plan and contribute to an exciting program calendar
• Support the safety, wellbeing and development of young minds
• Work alongside our OSHC Coordinators as part of a 200+ strong educator network across NSW
• Access clear development pathways to grow your skills and career with the Y

What You’ll Need

• Experience supervising and engaging with children
• A strong understanding of safeguarding practices
• Availability for Before School, After School and Vacation Care
• HLTAID012 First Aid & CPR (Education & Care setting)
• A current Working With Children Check
• Police Check (paid for by the Y)
