CRH is seeking an onsite EHS&S Manager for its Egg Harbor City NJ facility to design and drive safety and environmental programs, ensure OSHA and NJ DEP compliance, and foster a true Safety First culture. You will manage the Safety Supervisor and Safety Coordinator, maintain OSHA 300/300A logs, coordinate annual training, update SDSs, develop JHAs, and lead incident investigations with data driven reporting to leadership. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, five plus years in manufacturing safety, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with EHS software and MS Office; OSHA certifications and bilingual Spanish are preferred. Compensation includes base 100k-115k, 120 PTO hours, a 10% bonus, 401k and disability benefits.
