Quest Defense Systems & Solutions is hiring an Electrical Engineer for Production Support on the 3rd shift in Tucson, onsite. You’ll troubleshoot hardware issues, CCAs, and electro-mechanical systems, interpret schematics and BOMs, and lead cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and keep hardware builds on schedule. A BSEE or equivalent with 2-10 years in production, manufacturing, or hardware development is required, along with hands-on use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, and power supplies and strong root-cause analysis. Preferred: experience in production or manufacturing engineering, supplier collaboration, ECO/ECR documentation, and regulated environments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can quickly assess technical problems, prioritize multiple issues, communicate effectively across teams, and take ownership from initial investigation through successful resolution.
