This 24x7 manufacturing environment will see you lead a crew of up to 10 electrical trades and specialists, drive daily equipment performance, and implement asset management plans to sustain manufacturing excellence while safeguarding safety and quality. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll inspire and develop your team, manage resources across units, and steer future projects. The ideal candidate holds an Electrical Trade A Grade or relevant Electrical Engineering and Frontline Leadership qualifications, with manufacturing experience and strong communication. The Opportunity
Our Western Port Manufacturing facility is looking for a Electrical Maintenance Leader in our Maintenance team based in Hastings. As a part of the broader Australian Steel Products Portfolio, we have four major manufacturing sites at Western Port which operate 24 x 7 and deliver a variety of products, innovative solutions and services to export and domestic customers.
In this key leadership role, that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality and reliability of our equipment and products, you will lead, motivate and develop our high performing team to meet and exceed our customer needs. Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, you will be leading a crew of up to 10 members comprising of technical specialists and electrical trades.
