IFFCO seeks an Electrical Technician in the United Arab Emirates to plan electrical projects, lead preventive maintenance for production machinery, drive improvements, procure parts, and ensure safety and IMS compliance while meeting legal requirements. The role includes handling breakdowns, coaching subordinates, and actively participating in SHE programs and safety committees, with monthly LTI reporting and KPIs such as reducing breakdown hours and achieving zero accidents, plus delivering planned CAPEX and improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or business and at least 3 years’ manufacturing maintenance experience. Plans electrical projects by determining specifications, selecting contractors, establishing installation schedules, planning shut-downs and installations, integrating
architectural and mechanical design specifications, verifying code requirements, and updating cost estimates.

• Provide training and coaching for employees, contractors, transporter and other to enhance their understanding and capabalities on SHE related matters
• Maintain documents related to SHE and provide monthly report on Lost Time Incident(LTI)to Management
• Investigate and cases brought to his attention with regards to SHE management programsare effectively implemented
• Coordinate with authorities and ensure all reports and documents are well prepareda nd submitted timely
• Arrange and participate in safety committee and follow up with action status
Maintenance (Electrical) work experinece minimum of 3+ years in any manufacturing set up
