About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Training Coordinator to join our RTO team. This is a senior role responsible for coordinating training delivery, supporting trainers and assessors, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the overall quality of training programs.

You will play a key role in ensuring students are supported, training is delivered efficiently, and industry standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training delivery, scheduling, and workplace visits
  • Organise venues, logistics, and resources for training programs
  • Support Trainers & Assessors with delivery, assessment, and classroom management
  • Act as a substitute Trainer where required
  • Lead moderation, validation, and professional development activities
  • Monitor compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain trainer competency matrices and assist with TAS updates
  • Collaborate with Field Officers to support student progression
  • Oversee training administration processes and improve workflow efficiencies
  • Track student progress and ensure timely reporting and documentation
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the Student Management System
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, students, employers, and stakeholders

About You

You are an organised and proactive professional with strong leadership and communication skills, passionate about delivering quality training outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Relevant vocational qualification and industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience in training delivery and assessment within an RTO
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g. AQTF / Standards for RTOs)
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate teams and manage competing priorities
