Orica in Maple Ridge BC is seeking a full-time Electronics Assembler to build electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies, wire harnesses, read schematics, perform soldering and crimping, and conduct basic functional testing. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in electronics manufacturing, strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to switch projects while meeting deadlines. You should be comfortable with basic computing and digital work instructions. The role runs Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm with an hourly rate of 18.50 to 22.50 CAD and strong benefits from day one. • Assemble electrical, electronic, and mechanical sub‑assemblies, including cable assemblies and wiring harnesses
• Read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform soldering, wire crimping, riveting, bolting, and micro‑welding as required
• Assemble enclosures and instrumentation components to specification
• Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting of completed products
• Identify improvement opportunities and update work instructions when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant work area
• 1–5 years of experience in an electronics or manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on experience with electronics assembly, soldering, and wire crimping
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to switch from project to project as directed throughout daily work
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documentation
• Basic computer skills (databases, spreadsheets, digital work instructions)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines
• A professional, reliable attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am – 330pm

Compensation
