Proactively identify, target, and recruit reseller, solution, and referral partners across EMEA
Execute a structured outbound partner acquisition strategy to expand coverage in white-spot regions
Qualify potential partners based on market reach, technical capability, strategic fit, and revenue potential
Lead initial partner conversations, value positioning, and business case development
Own the partner recruitment funnel from first contact through approval and onboarding handover
Act as the primary point of contact during the early partner lifecycle, ensuring partners are enabled and positioned to sell effectively
Establish lightweight operating rhythms and coordinate transition to internal stakeholders once partners are ramped
Serve as the interface between partners and internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support), collecting structured market and product feedback to inform Go-to-Market and Product decisions
Full professional proficiency in English and German (mandatory)
5+ years of hands-on experience in international B2B sales
Proven experience defining and executing Go-to-Market strategies
Strong background in software solution sales, ideally within PLM, CPQ, or CAD environments
Solid understanding of sales methodologies, including pipeline management, territory planning, and Quantitative Territory Management (QTM)
Demonstrated expertise in forecasting for complex, solution-based sales
Track record of success in B2B enterprise or mid-market sales environments
