Lucid Software is hiring an EMEA SMB Expansion Account Executive to grow revenue within Lucid customers in Amsterdam on a hybrid basis. You will close opportunities, nurture relationships, and partner with Customer Success Managers to renew and expand usage of our Visual Collaboration Suite while refining outbound prospecting and pipeline strategies. Requirements: 1+ year SaaS or tech sales closing, proven prospecting and closing ability, CRM experience (Salesforce), and English fluency; role requires two in-person days weekly in Amsterdam. Preferences include German or Dutch, Salesforce hygiene, and Outreach experience. Expansion Account Executives (AEs) lead the strategic expansion business growth for current Lucid customers across their assigned territories. Post prospect qualification, AEs will work directly with potential and existing customers to create business value across multiple personas, continually working to close sales opportunities. AEs will also work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), to ensure renewals, drive expansion and continual customer engagement.
