Role Purpose
The Emiratization Business Partner is responsible for
developing and executing the organization’s Emiratization strategy in alignment
with government regulations and business objectives. The role focuses on
attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining local Nationals while ensuring
compliance with Emiratization targets and fostering strong relationships with
government entities and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Emiratization Strategy & Workforce Planning

Develop
and implement the company’s Emiratization roadmap and annual hiring plans.

Drive
achievement of Emiratization targets in line with local labor laws and
regulatory requirements.

Partner
with business leaders to identify opportunities for Emirati talent
integration across departments.

Monitor
workforce localization metrics and provide regular reporting to
leadership.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
-
Lead
recruitment initiatives focused on local Nationals across all business
functions.

Build
relationships with universities, career centers, and government entities
to create talent pipelines.

Represent
the organization at career fairs, networking events, and Emiratization
forums.

Enhance
employer branding initiatives targeting Emirati professionals and
graduates.
Employee Development & Retention
-
Design
and implement development programs, graduate programs, internships, and
succession planning initiatives for Emirati employees.

Support
career progression, coaching, and mentorship programs.
-
Monitor
engagement and retention of local employees and recommend improvement
initiatives.

Collaborate
with Learning & Development teams on tailored training plans.
Stakeholder & Government Relations
-
Maintain
strong working relationships with relevant government authorities and
Emiratization platforms.

Ensure
timely submission of reports and compliance documentation.

Stay
updated on local labor laws, Emiratization policies, and market trends.
Reporting & Compliance
-
Track
Emiratization KPIs, hiring ratios, and compliance requirements.

Prepare
dashboards and reports for senior management.

Ensure
accurate employee records and audit readiness related to Emiratization
initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4-6
years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to
Emiratization initiatives.

Strong
understanding of labor law and Emiratization regulations.

Experience
working with government portals and recruitment platforms.

stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
