MedHealth is hiring a results and relationship driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join the Employment Services team in Riverwood. You’ll establish sustainable employment opportunities by developing and managing relationships with local employers, proactively identifying leads, partnering with Job Coaches to align candidates with employer needs, delivering post placement support, and collaborating with internal teams to improve retention while meeting KPIs in a fast paced, purpose driven environment. The role suits someone with strong relationship management and advocacy experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfort engaging diverse industries, solid admin and organisational abilities, and a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
