Fedcap UK is hiring an Employment Adviser for a full-time onsite role in Blackburn, salary £27,642 rising to £29,407 after nine months, hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. You’ll deliver tailored one-to-one support under the DWP Restart Scheme, helping long-term unemployed people secure sustainable work. The role blends coaching, caseload management, targets and SMART plans.
