APM Group is seeking an Employment Consultant in Eastgardens to guide Workforce Australia participants toward preparing for, securing, and sustaining employment while boosting confidence, crafting creative solutions to barriers, and advocating inclusive hiring. This full-time onsite role runs Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and centers on building employer partnerships and celebrating participant wins. In your application, demonstrate strong connection skills, compassion, and a proven outcomes track record, with relevant experience from sales, retail, call centre, hospitality or administration. You’ll need eligibility to work in Australia, a valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle, MyGovID, and willingness to pass a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check.
