You will identify new local employer opportunities, understand clients’ needs and collaborate to bridge talent and opportunity. The ideal candidate has experience in employment services or related customer service roles, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, strong administration and IT capabilities, and a track record of working with Indigenous communities.
