You will ensure that the right people, content, tools and follow-ups come together smoothly, professionally and on time. What part you will play

AI Workshop and Customer Engagement Management

  • Identify and qualify AI opportunities with Siemens sales teams, business units and customers by understanding customer challenges and strategic priorities
  • Map customer needs to Siemens AI portfolio offerings, ongoing research activities and experts
  • Facilitate and moderate workshops with customers, business leaders and technical experts
  • Track engagement impact and create success stories showcasing business value and impact
  • Optional: Evolve workshop methodologies, facilitation formats and engagement approaches to maximize impact

Engagement Pipeline and Stakeholder Management

  • Own and manage the Siemens AI Lab engagement pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Siemens corporate units, business units, sales organizations and expert communities
  • Continuously identify, qualify and prioritize new engagement opportunities to ensure a healthy pipeline of initiatives
  • Optional: Build strong stakeholder relationships across Siemens to create long-term engagement opportunities

Events and Ecosystem Development

  • Design and execute high-impact event formats that strengthen Siemens' position as a leader in Industrial AI
  • Develop and internal and external engagement formats that connect customers, business leaders, researchers and AI experts
  • Oversee the successful operational execution of AI Lab events
  • Optional: Represent the Siemens AI Lab at conferences, executive meetings, customer events and industry forums by delivering presentations, keynote talks or moderation

AI-Powered Operations and Process Ownership

  • Drive operations across the Siemens AI Lab by continuously improving processes, tools and ways of working
  • Challenge existing workflows and identify opportunities to automate, simplify and scale activities through AI and agent-based solutions
  • Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical improvements for daily operations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and operational effectiveness

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: University degree in a technical and/or business-related field and proven ability and willingness to exceed expectations
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Significant work experience (>3 years) in a relevant field of action, e.g., in the development of digital or even AI products or business, as a digital strategy consultant or as a communication pro 
    • Proactively approach stakeholders to identify their needs
    • Proven experience in sales, business development or similarly customer-oriented positions with a relevant domain, especially in the manufacturing industry
    • Solid understanding of current AI technologies and the technological potentials, requirements and challenges. Significant work experience of applying them in industrial domains like manufacturing, engineering, energy, buildings, mobility, etc
  • Ways of Working
    • Effectively and empathetically communicate information and opinions to multiple teams and areas of expertise in both English and German language
    • Strong understanding of your team's vision and your role in achieving it
    • Growth mindset and openness to learning new tools, approaches, and technologies
  • Languages: Fluency in English and German is essential
