Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities across a complex, large scale infrastructure programme.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within design and or construction projects

  • Strong proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent

  • Familiarity with progress measurement, reporting, and risk based scheduling

  • Strong analytical and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

  • Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable

  • Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and programme baselines

  • Monitor progress against plans and identify potential delays

  • Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and forecasts

  • Support schedule risk analysis and mitigation planning

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules and deliverables

  • Assist in evaluating schedule impacts of changes and variations

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
