As an Engineering Lead for Qantas Loyalty, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of high‑performing, secure, and scalable data and cloud solutions that support core Loyalty platforms. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The Engineering Lead will use deep expertise in AWS, Databricks, Airflow, Teradata, and modern CI/CD practices, you will shape the technical direction of the team and oversee the full delivery lifecycle from discovery and planning through to development, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
The role works closely with product managers, architects, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will ensure that technical solutions align with business priorities and delivers features that align with business goals.
