  • Oversee a team of software engineers, providing guidance and mentorship while fostering an environment that encourages innovation and high standards.

  • Drive the development and implementation of strategic AI systems that align with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Foster AI fluency within your team, encouraging the continuous exploration and implementation of AI tools and methodologies.

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for team projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards within all engineering practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.

  • Proven ability to mentor and develop technical teams.

  • Experience leading AI projects and initiatives is a strong plus.
