These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role:
Oversee a team of software engineers, providing guidance and mentorship while fostering an environment that encourages innovation and high standards.
Drive the development and implementation of strategic AI systems that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Foster AI fluency within your team, encouraging the continuous exploration and implementation of AI tools and methodologies.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for team projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of solutions.
Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards within all engineering practices.
🚀 The Foundation for Success
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
Proven ability to mentor and develop technical teams.
Experience leading AI projects and initiatives is a strong plus.
