Your Role:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the team of engineers and driving facilities improvements across multiple GMP manufacturing sites. Coordination of capital and infrastructure projects, budgeting for department and capital projects site wide, establishing and hosting critical service vendors/contractors, supporting applicable validation and compliance activities are among the key responsibilities of this role. This position requires direct customer contact during visits and meetings, as well as interactions with regulatory agency auditors/inspectors. This position works directly with management and other department leaders to drive site improvements and ensure compliance to quality and GMP standards.

Pay Range for this position: $86,100-$131,400.
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
