Jemena seeks an experienced Environment Business Partner for a 9 month fixed term role, Sydney based with stays around Mudgee, Muswellbrook and Lithgow on a 3:1 roster, on site. You’ll partner with project teams to develop practical environmental solutions, prepare CEMPs and sub-plans, manage approvals, coach teams, run risk workshops, monitor compliance, and contribute to the Environmental Management System. Requirements include a degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, 5+ years in construction utilities or infrastructure, strong knowledge of Australian environmental legislation and ISO 14001, plus the ability to influence stakeholders. Desirable: ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, ICAM training, experience on major infrastructure or power projects. About the Role
The role is a fixed term for 9 months commencing from Aug 26 till April 27. The project operates on a 3:1 roster. The role will be required to stay around Mudgee & Muswellbrook.
Attractive base salary + Site Uplift + Living Away from Home allowance will be provided.
As our Environment Business Partner, you'll work closely with project managers, construction teams, clients and regulators throughout the project lifecycle. From developing environmental documentation before mobilisation through to providing practical support on site, you'll help ensure environmental excellence is embedded into everything we do.
