ADASI, a regional leader in autonomous systems within the EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi, seeks an Environmental Test Engineer to plan, execute and analyze environmental tests for UAV components and systems across extreme temperatures, humidity, vibration, dust and electromagnetic environments. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s in Mechanical, Aerospace or Mechatronics engineering and 6 to 8 years in environmental testing, ideally in aerospace, UAV or military contexts; certifications in environmental testing or aerospace standards are a plus. Candidates should be proficient with temperature humidity cycling, vibration and EMI/EMC testing, familiar with test equipment and data acquisition tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB or Python, and aware of MIL-STD-810 and DO-160. Emphasize safety, failure analysis, documentation of results, and collaboration with design teams, plus ability to design basic test jigs.
