Bij Lely in Maassluis zoeken we een ERP Application Expert Finance die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheren, verbeteren en ondersteunen van financiële processen in INFOR M3 en het ERP-landschap. Je combineert analytisch denken met een hands-on aanpak, behandelt incidenten via Topdesk, configureert en test ERP-functionaliteiten en identificeert verbeterkansen in financiële processen. Je werkt nauw samen met Solution Architects en Finance Key Users en geeft training en advies aan de organisatie. Vacatureomschrijving

As an Application Expert Finance, you are responsible for managing, improving, and supporting financial processes within Lely’s ERP system and application landscape. In this role, you combine analytical capabilities with a hands-on approach to ensure financial systems operate in a stable, efficient, and future-proof manner.

Responsibilities

Your daily activities include:

• Handling incidents, questions, and requests via Topdesk;
• Analyzing and resolving incidents and disruptions within the ERP system and related applications;
• Maintaining and implementing new financial processes in INFOR M3;
• Configuring, building, setting up, and testing ERP functionalities;
• Proactively identifying improvement opportunities within financial processes;
• Advising the organization on day-to-day financial matters;
• Delivering training and support to users;
• Acting effectively under pressure in the case of urgent incidents.

Collaboration

You will be part of an experienced team and work closely with Solution Architects, Key Users Finance, and colleagues within the broader IT department. In addition, you will support and train Finance key users, help them work effectively with applications, and contribute to the efficient execution of financial processes within Lely.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking and working;
• A proactive and learning-oriented attitude;
• A passion for continuous improvement;
• A true team player;
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Experience with or proven affinity for ERP systems, preferably in a production environment or process industry;
• Experience in supporting or guiding process improvements within an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial administration and knowledge of operational processes such as production, procurement, sales, warehousing, and/or transport is considered a plus.

For this position, a pre-employment screening applies, consisting of a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background/integrity check.
