ESTIMATOR BUILDING is a full-time on-site role with ongoing recruitment, responsible for producing probable costs for projects ranging from offices and hospitals to residential and commercial. You will review plans, generate bid price schedules, obtain subcontractor quotes, create construction timelines, and maintain relationships with owners and suppliers. The ideal candidate has a college degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, 10+ years’ experience, strong ability to read drawings, and proficiency in MS Project, Timberline, Excel, and On-screen take-off; bilingual is a plus.
