WWT seeks an EUC Technical Solutions Architect for a London hybrid role to serve as a global SME and shape the design and enablement of end user computing solutions. You will own desktop and app virtualization, unified endpoint management, DEX/DEM, identity and access brokering, and enterprise browsers, with 5-10 years designing EUC architectures at scale and 3-5 in technical pre sales. The role requires translating technology into business value, creating original content and demos, and partnering with OEMs to expand the portfolio. Strong executive communication, teamwork and time management are essential. Intimate knowledge of and experience working with any/all of the following products and solutions in addition to core technologies (Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, virtualization, compute/storage/networking, etc.).
Preferred: Hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions on Microsoft AVD, Windows 365, and Intune at enterprise scale; familiarity with DEX/DEM tooling and managed enterprise browsers is a strong plus.

What will you be doing?
As an EUC Technical Solutions Architect, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EUC technologies in support of the customers of our sales and services organizations worldwide. Our team owns all things EUC-related globally and across all verticals, including identifying the technology portfolio, developing and managing the relationships with our OEM partners, establishing the go-to-market strategy, developing the solutions and architectures, and working with services to design corresponding professional services offerings. Additionally, we support our field sales and services teams in developing and closing EUC opportunities as well as managing and maintaining demo environments for solutions in the portfolio.
