Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) is seeking a part‑time Evaluations Officer (0.6 FTE, 3 year max term) to support the Improving Social Connections program in Chatswood, helping to build evidence on connection, belonging and peer support. You will help implement the evaluation framework, assist with data collection and reporting, capture feedback from participants and Community Partners, and contribute to learning and continuous improvement in collaboration with lived‑experience contributors. Funded through the National Autism Strategy, the Improving Social Connections program is a major new national initiative designed to strengthen peer connection, reduce social isolation and build belonging for Autistic people, families and carers across Australia.
Delivered by Aspect in partnership with Reframing Autism, the program will establish a national Framework, Information Hub, Community Partner network and resources that support meaningful, community-led peer connection opportunities across the country.
About the role
Help build the evidence base for connection, belonging and peer support.
As Evaluations Officer, you will support implementation of the program's evaluation framework, helping to measure outcomes, capture learnings and inform continuous improvement. You will work with Community Partners, stakeholders and lived-experience contributors to ensure evaluation activities are meaningful, practical and useful.

Please click here to view the Position Profile. This is a part time 0.6 FTE, 3 year max term contract role. The annual salary ranges from $95,000 - $107,500 (full time equivalent) inclusive of superannuation, and is dependent on qualifications and experience.
