Maids.cc is hiring an Event Manager / Organizer (Creative & Extroverted) to own our end-to-end event presence in Dubai onsite, from spotting opportunities to planning, producing, hosting and reviewing events that build brand love and drive outcomes. You’ll find and propose relevant events and partnerships, plan logistics and budgets, animate on the day, craft engaging content and experiences, and manage communications before during and after events. The ideal candidate is an extroverted, confident communicator who turns ideas into actionable plans, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at on-site execution and cross-functional coordination. Own our event presence end-to-end — from spotting the right opportunities to planning, producing, hosting/animating, and reviewing events that build brand love and drive outcomes.
Find & propose relevant events/partnerships (and new event ideas we can create)
Plan & organize logistics: venue, suppliers, timelines, budgets, and runsheets
Animate & host on the day: bring energy, drive crowd engagement, ensure smooth execution
Create content & experiences: themes, agendas, workshop flows, speaker/guest coordination, and “wow” moments
Communicate & promote: internal alignment + external communications (social/email/partners) before, during, and after
Review & improve: post-event recap, feedback collection, learnings, and next-step recommendations
Extroverted, confident communicator — naturally great with people
Highly creative + structured (able to turn ideas into clear, actionable plans)
Strong project management skills with excellent follow-through
Comfortable working on-site and handling fast-paced event days
Visual merchandising / brand presentation experience (setups, booths, styling, signage, goodies)
