Job Description

The Events Assistant will support the Events Team in organizing, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate and promotional events. This role involves logistical planning, vendor coordination, on-site event support, and administrative assistance to ensure flawless execution from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, timelines, and schedules

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm arrangements

  • Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

  • Track event materials, inventory, and equipment

  • Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event summaries

  • Ensure all event elements align with brand standards and client expectations

  • Provide administrative support to the Events Management team
