Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
  • Support the Events Manager in logistical arrangements including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and participants to ensure all event needs are met.
  • Manage event registrations and maintain accurate attendee records.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas, brochures, and signage.
  • Assist with on-site event setup, management, and teardown to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
