Hamilton City Council is seeking a full-time onsite Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in Hamilton, New Zealand. In this fast-paced role you’ll manage complex diaries and travel, coordinate agendas and briefing material, handle correspondence and information flow, and build strong internal and external relationships while identifying process improvements. Requirements include 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, exceptional organisation and time management, outstanding communication, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities; advanced MS Office skills and a background in local government or a large corporate environment are advantageous. Salary circa $100K with flexible working, PD, wellbeing days, health insurance and more.
