About the Role

Step into a high‑impact role supporting two senior leaders, the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Executive Director – Engineering, Technology and Project Management, as an Executive Assistant within a growing, fast‑paced organisation. Reporting to our Senior Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on being proactive, staying two steps ahead, and anticipating what executives need before they ask.

As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be the central point of coordination for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity of priorities and smooth execution of day‑to‑day activities. You’ll manage complex calendars and inboxes, prepare high‑quality briefing materials and presentations, coordinate domestic and international travel, and support division‑wide meetings and events.

This role calls for someone who brings sound judgement, discretion and ownership to everything they do. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, encourage a self‑service culture within teams, and look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve how we work. You’ll also collaborate closely with our wider Executive Support team, stepping in to provide coverage and contributing to a cohesive, high‑performing support function.

To be successful, you will bring

  • Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain).
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior leader/s or in a comparable senior support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex administrative and operational tasks independently, including anticipating and prioritising the needs of senior leaders.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leader.
  • Experience in preparation and booking of complex travel itineraries.
