About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO as Medici and Dr. Gabi continue to grow. This is a high-trust, high-impact role requiring strong executive support experience, sound judgment, discretion, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has supported a CEO or founder previously, understands how to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using modern tools and AI to increase efficiency. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO is organized, prepared, and focused on the highest-value initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with company priorities
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Prepare briefing materials for meetings, investor calls, and external engagements
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Track follow-ups and ensure accountability across meetings and initiatives
- Serve as a professional point of contact for investors, advisors, partners, and VIP clients
- Support coordination of executive meetings, events, and stakeholder gatherings
- Assist with thoughtful relationship management, including outreach and gift coordination
- Improve systems and workflows using AI and productivity tools to increase efficiency
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Provide general administrative support as needed to maintain executive momentum
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Experience using AI and automation tools to streamline work processes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
