Support the operational excellence that drives our business forward
We’re looking for an experienced, sharp, and highly trustworthy Executive Assistant in direct support of our VP, Americas. You’ll work alongside leaders to maximize their ability to focus on the team’s key priorities in supporting Flexport’s continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, and who brings a calm, strategic presence to dynamic executive offices. You will act as a force multiplier, managing day-to-day operations, enabling strategic alignment, and strengthening communication across the business.
Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, coordinating domestic and international travel and leading high-impact strategic projects aligned with Flexport’s growth and profitability goals. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
