AFCA is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer, a strategic role that acts as trusted adviser and keeps a busy executive, leadership team and technology function running smoothly. You will manage the CTO’s diary, coordinate leadership rhythms, prepare presentations and briefing materials, organise meetings end to end, support recruitment and onboarding within technology, handle travel, expenses, invoices and budget administration, and drive engagement activities. The right candidate brings senior executive support experience in technology or complex environments, superb stakeholder management, advanced Microsoft 365 plus Jira Confluence, strong written communication, planning and discretion. We have a newly created opportunity to join AFCA as the Executive Assistant to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is not your typical EA role, you'll be a trusted adviser, proactive operator, and the person who keeps a busy executive, leadership team, and technology function running at their best.
