AFCA seeks an Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer who will be a trusted adviser and proactive operator, keeping the CTO and technology function moving at pace. In this role you’ll manage the executive calendar, coordinate leadership rhythms, prepare presentations, organise meetings, and drive process improvements using Microsoft 365, Jira and Confluence. You’ll also support recruitment and onboarding, manage travel, and budgets, and help drive team engagement. The right candidate brings senior executive support experience in tech or complex environments, stakeholder management, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. Apply even if you don’t meet every criterion; AFCA values inclusivity, hybrid work, flexible leave options, and fairness. We don’t use AI screening, so expect a thoughtful recruitment process.
