We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our General Manager for Western Europe in our Frankfurt office.
THE ROLE
In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-level administrative support.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), offering flexibility and a professional, international working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Calendar & Correspondence: Efficient management of complex schedules, appointments, and email correspondence.

Travel Management: Organizing international travel itineraries, bookings, and expense reporting.

Communication Bridge: Acting as a primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders across Western Europe and the French headquarters.

Documentation: Preparing high-quality presentations (PowerPoint), reports (Excel), and formal documents (Word).

Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings and workshops, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Office Management: General administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency of the executive office.
YOUR PROFILE

Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.

Languages: * German: Native level (Mother tongue).

English: Business fluent (written and spoken) is a must.

French: Strong proficiency is a significant advantage, given our headquarters are based in France.

Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
